How are surfboards packaged for shipping?
We take extreme care in packing our boards. Each surfboard is wrapped in heavy-duty bubble wrap, fitted with reinforced nose and tail protectors, and shipped in a double-walled corrugated cardboard box to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.
What is your return policy on wetsuits?
Wetsuits can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in brand-new condition with all original tags attached and have not been used in the water.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship gear worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and package size. Please note that international customers are responsible for any local customs duties or taxes.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is processed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website.
