The Sprout 2.0 is our updated, modern noserider. CJ has ridden variations of this design throughout his entire surfing career. Some have even claimed the Sprout 2.0 to be the best noseriding surfboard of all time—an honor we don’t take lightly. This latest version features a bit more tail kick than past versions, a more pinched rail for wave face connectivity, an edge in the tail for maximum control, and a beveled Nuuhiwa-style concave. The benchmark in performance noseriding.
The Sprout 2 works great with CJ’s Nose Rider, Cali Pivot or Classic Pivot fins. A 10" fin is a solid choice for any size board. For the 9'3", go with a 9.5" fin, while larger boards (9'6"–10'0") can run fins 10.5"–11" for more hold.

Thunderbolt Silver was developed to deliver a well-balanced combination of traditional performance, flex, and durability. The Silver blank includes internal fiberglass flex components and is hand-laminated with 6oz and 2oz fiberglass cloth on both the top and bottom. While Thunderbolt Silver offers the most “traditional” feel among our technologies, it still provides the highest level of flex—boosting performance well beyond that of standard PU boards. Its versatility and predictability make it suitable for a wide range of wave conditions and skill levels. If you love the classic feel of a traditional PU surfboard but want to enhance its performance, Thunderbolt Silver is an excellent choice.
